What We Provide
One on One Soccer Performance and Rehab Coaching
Initial Consultation - $175
With one on one coaching, we begin with a 60 minute virtual call (inquire about in person options in consult form). This also includes one month of weekly exercise programming and communication through an app (TrainHeroic). One additional 30 minute virtual call will be scheduled within the first 7-14 days to assess progress.
Continued Custom Programming - $150
Each additional month of one on one coaching is $150 and will include a 60 minute check-in call, and continued weekly exercise programming.
